WoW Mists of Pandaria Pet Battle System

In the next WoW expansion, The Mists of Pandaria pet battle system is planned to be brought around Azeroth. The battle system looks similar to a Pokemon style pet battling system.  Some of the thoughts that are tossed around include:

-Potential Customization With Items
-Possible Customization of Companion Pet Names
-customizable Items
-Fighting Pet Vs Pet at an Arena Style Fights
-Newly Rare World Drop Pets
-Unparalleled Abilities For Each Pet

Your friends and you can place your pets against each other for fun, like friendly duels. You can teach your pets cool attacks and unique abilities, and they will use what you have taught when fighting out other pets. As they fight and win duels, your pets will earn experience and level up, which makes them harder to defeat and may even open up new abilities. Gather your roll and fight it out with your friends to see whose pets are the strongest!

What’s more, you will also have a new method to add pets to your collection. In addition to buying pets or acquiring them as item drops, you can now also run into and catch vanity pets in the wilderness. If you encounter one of these rare pets, you can have your own pet challenge it; if you manage to overcome the wild pet, you will acquire it and it will be added to your collection! Wild pets have stats that changes slightly, so you may wind up catching an exceptionally powerful pet. SO keep your shirt on!

If you want your pets to succeed then training them is extremely important. You can look for pet trainer NPCs who will teach your pets new abilities, but some of these trainers will challenge you to a fight; so you will have to demonstrate to them that you’re worthy if you want them to teach your pets. There may be other NPCs as well who enjoy nothing more than to see if their pets can beat yours in battle.

As with any new addition, we are always looking for new ideas to make gold in WoW and this Pet Battle System could be very rewarding.  For starters, if you donít have  a pet shop business in WoW, I think it’s time to start one!  If you already have one, you should expand your pet selling business include selling on the opposing factionsí auction house, where the income are much larger than the neutral auction.  The Blizzard conference announcement of the new Pet Battle System should help to urge more players into collecting pets, which means be ready to meet their needs to make more profit in WoW.

The possibility of the unique and rare pets having their own unique powers could also guide players with all of the common pets to look for more of the rarer pets, so if you have some of those uncommon pets or Argent Tournament Pets, now may be an excellent time to start unloading them.  Once you get a full knowledge on each of the pets special abilities, you will see the value of the several pets changing based on how much that pet will be useful for the companion pet battles.

So Now might be a great time to get to know youíre most faithful and loyal companions from a whole new point of view, and reveal their full potential. So assemble your pets, train them considerably, and someday youíll make a name for yourself as Azeroth’s most well-known pet trainer!

Planned Mists Of Pandaria Dungeons

Blizzard has attracted a great deal of attention with their announcement that the next expansion of the World of Warcraft franchise would be called Mists of Pandaria. Fans of the Warcraft games immediately recognized the name as the home of the Pandarens, a race of Panda-like humanoids who were initially created as an April Fool’s joke. It got such a response that they went on to add them to the lore of the game world, though up until now they have never appeared in any significant way in World of Warcraft. Now that players are traveling to the homeland of this mysterious race, players can expect to Mists of Pandaria Dungeons to explore.

There are a total of nine planned Mists of Pandaria Dungeons, but details have only been released about three of them so far.

* Temple of the Jade Serpent – Players will encounter this dungeon in the process of leveling from 85 to 90. It focuses on defeating the Sha of Doubt, which is one of the elemental enemies that has been threatening the Pandaren way of life.

* Stormstout Brewery – This brewery is owned by Chen Stormstout, a brewer who appeared in Warcraft III and is revered in Pandaren culture. His brewery was overrun by the enemy races Verming and Hozu and the players will be asked to reclaim it for him.

* Shado-pan Monastery – Players will once again be battling against the elemental Sha in this dungeon. The monastery is a mountain retreat the serves as the training grounds of the Shado-pan Clan, a Pandaren faction dedicated to the protection of their continent. It is threatened by the Sha, and players will be sent to stop them.

In addition to these new Mists of Pandaria Dungeons, players who are nostalgic for the dungeons of the past will be able to enjoy running through level-90 heroic versions of the Scarlet Monastery and Scholomance. The developers plan to streamline the layout of Scholomance, while the Scarlet Monastery will be converted from 4 wings into 2 heroic dungeons. Both the encounters and the drops are being reworked to make them of an appropriate level.

The new Mists of Pandaria Dungeons, combined with the upgraded versions of the older dungeons, are expected to offer a range of exciting challenges for players who are looking for new adventures.

The WoW Mists of Pandaria Expansion

Since the concept was introduced as a joke several years ago, fans of Blizzard’s Warcraft universe have been hoping that Pandarens would eventually be implemented. The company has now decided to make this a reality with the WoW Mists of Pandaria expansion, which will allow players to the lost continent of Pandaria to help the people there discover what is at the heart of the trouble on their continent while continuing the long-standing rivalry between the Alliance and the Horde.

This new expansion brings many new features with it. Chief among these are the ability to play as the Pandaren race for both factions, and the new monk class. This new class is designed to be able to operate in every role within groups: tank, offense, and defense. A total of nine dungeons are planned, along with a special “Challenge Modes” feature that will challenge players to complete the included dungeons as quickly as possible. Those who succeed will receive a debuff on future attempts to make it progressively harder and ultimately earn gold, silver, or bronze medals for success. They will even be normalizing the gear that players use during challenge mode to ensure that everyone is on a level playing field.

New race added on WoW Monk

So the new official race for Mists of Pandaria is going to be Monk!

The monk specializes in combat using just their hands!

They will use weapons only for devastating finishing moves… sounds pretty cool!

Blizzard also mentioned that they will be able to heal for intense situations.

Does this mean dungeons are going to get harder? We’ll see! I will keep you updated as we hear more.
